I feel sorry for them and wonder if they were not so quick with the 'dishing' that maybe they would have more support for when they can't 'take it' anymore.

A defense mechanism for people with a really thin skin. They have to go on the offensive all the time because of an inferiority complex and hence they need to make sure that they have the other people always on the defensive. If you want to play the game (of life), then expect to take your lumps.

I find them to be hypocrites, juvenile, and two-faced. They are usually people who run their mouths and pretend they "know-it-all" but usually don't know jack squat. And they usually fall apart when they are called out.
