Oh yea. I never knew what hate was until these last few years and I got a particular person to thank for that. I'm too blinded by hate to see straight when it comes to this person.

I thought I did and had an answer all ready for you, but then I reconsidered. I think I have to put her into the category of "strong dislike" with moments of "even stronger dislike." I have also erased her from my life and that works 99% of the time. The other 1%, when I must be around her, I ignore and tolerate. And then I go home and work on going back to strong dislike instead of strongest dislike. (OK--so I might have hated her for a few minutes)

Yes, I'm not the type to have much hate in my heart, but there is one person that has ruined so much for me, and continues to do so, but because of my children, I have to keep in touch with her....atleast until I get custody

No. I -could- hate my ex (you'll know who it is if you read some of previous answers), I -could- hate the morons who bullied me in three different schools, and the first year of high school, I -could- hate the girls I've met who tried to hurt me by trying to make me believe they were interested in a romantic relationship so I could make a fool of myself, but I don't feel I do.. It takes quite something to hate people. True, I dislike them all, but there's quite a difference between that and actual HATE (edit) corrected one of my epic typos

I have thought about this for a bit before answering and I can honestly say that I don't hate anyone. I may not like some people very much but I don't really hate them. I know I have in the past but I don't hold grudges forever. There are however people who are permanently off my Christmas card list!

Nope, because I'm retired. ;) One time I had a little difficulty backing into my driveway because some jerk had parked its SUV so that it was partially blocking it. I wasn't in a good mood so I had the jerk's heap ticketed by parking enforcement. When I went to my car the next morning I noticed that it had been scratched apparently with a car key. I reported that to the police but they basically told me that since I didn't see who did it all they could do was take the report. My anger toward that jerk was mitigated by the following considerations: My car already had some more noticeable paint deterioration anyway. The scratch has no impact on the performance or the safety of my car whereas the jerk is stuck with a $100 parking ticket. I can't say that I really hate the jerk and its not in my life anyway.

I don't think it's healthy to "hate" anyone. Regardless of what anyone has done to you, you shouldn't waste your time on negative thoughts, just move on to positive ones... why would you want to waste any time thinking sooo much about someone you "hate" anyways?

i did hate someone and i mean a deep hatred that was kind of scary. i got past it, at least enough so that she doesn't get to me and i can be in her presence and just feel pity for her. i feel much better now. live a good life, it kills your enemies and you don't have to do anything!

My grandmother ha always labeled me as the least favorite, and has always held a grudge since the day i was born, she is a lying manipulative person and yes i honestly hate her!!!!!!!!!!!
