I often do. At least I try to balance things out and we do eat organic and homemade, not much precooked or processed foods. We also try to eat according to the seasons and what is available locally, not imported.

Yes! I am very careful and I eat very little meat or dairy. I eat fish or chicken most of the time. I watch fats. Make sure I get plenty of fruits and vegetables. Pass the carrots, please...

Only sometimes, like when my bowels go all strange. Then I try and eat more fruit and veg. But normally I eat with my tastebuds in mind.

I'd like to say no, but truthfully I usually do. I'm in shape now and would liek to stay that way, so I often count calories to make sure I don't go past the 2000 calories mark.

I try my best.....I think we need to be more concerned about how our food choices affect our health. Alot of the stuff out there is awful for our bodies.

Yes. I was very ill in March 2006. I am completely healthy now. I watch processed foods carefully and do not microwave anything.

GRAS is 99 pages of additives that do not have to be on the label. You should at least read it if you are like me You will change your way of thinking when it comes to processed foods. They really are "Nasty." Go to the FDA and GRAS Generally regarded As Safe.

Now days Yes....Actually i have ghained lot of weight so first thing i decided is to keep a watch on everything that goes in my stomach I love Fast food...pizza burger n all.....The way i love fast food in same way fast food loves my heart....and i cant give my heart....as it causes heart attack...so i have to keep things in my mind

After incidents when my heart pissed me off and my surgeries were in excess of $57,000, I started looking at food for not only my problem but for my solution to not having this scenario to occur again. It is so easy to do. Just search the food you want to eat and the internet will tell you what is in it, the risks, and alternatives that you will enjoy. There is a lot of smart people out there. Ask them.
