Generally no but you could take it apart look at the resistors in the unit then find the resistor that is blown and replace it

PSU's can have fuses, but as in most ICB's they are usually soldered on the board,not what you expect a fuse to look like and would cost more to replace than buying a new PSU. Same goes for a resistor. Make an art statement with the old PSU, that's all it's good for unless you want the power harness from it.
