Simply - If you feel uncomfortable, it shouldn't be happening. . Just an 'I'd rather you not touch me' might be a good place to start. . If he asks why? Just that 'it makes you feel uncomfortable' is a good answer. . The laws on your side, but lets hope it doesn't come to that.
