  • The roads are public, not private. If it's legal to park on the side of the road (and normally it is in residential areas, at least during the daytime) then it's legal to park in front of your neighbor's house. * As long as there's no "No Parking" sign and no fire hydrant, and as long as you're not blocking traffic or driveways, it's legal.
  • Not in the UK, so long as there is no drop kerb, but it is considered thoughtless since you'd like to park outside your home so why shouldn't they?
  • On a public street it is ok as long as you don't block their driveway.
