    I pay bills separate in Section 8 Housing and the Landlord only pays for Trash I pay for Cable, Gas, Electric, Water, Sewage

      I'm on Section 8 too, and my power and water are included in the rent. Interesting! Section 8 must be state sponsored instead of federal or it would be the same nationwide.

      Just looked it up. Apparently its federally funded and locally administered. I learn something new every day! Thanks!
