According to the article, the ship replica will be permanently docked at a theme park there, so no cruises, but you can book overnight stays. BTW, Royal Caribbean's Symphony of the Seas holds the title (2021) as the world's largest cruise ship, about 5 times the size of the lost RMS Titanic.
