  • If you are looking for the best weight loss diet, then you should include maximum fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet and should eat diet rich in protein and low in carbohydrates. Avoid processed foods and foods high in sugar and fat content. Exercise regularly. But every individual has different metabolic rate. So the weight loss process is fast for some people and for some it is slow.
