$20, maybe even a $100...as much as it takes to get people off the road and start thinking about the larger issue...We need to realize Global Warming is a REAL ISSUE...hopefully with a $2000 fill up we may not have any people on the streets n maybe just maybe we can start to think about saving this world...I mean right now, you may be spending more on gas than you did 5 years ago and therefore depleting your savings a little ...but in 20 years when our land starts to disolve, how much money are you going to need then???

a little more than milk and less than cigarettes

Less than the price of soap!

Wrong question. We need to price gas competitively with alcohol fuels. since 180 proof can be made for 0.78/gal, that should be the benchmark. If gasoline cannot keep up, it should not be used as fuel.
