I can't be sure my friend. The last time I remember actually "losing it" was to a very unhelpful and very rude store clerk when I was trying to buy my then 12-year-old son a winter jacket. He is now almost 44. I don't get angry often and when I do it is usually because of some nimnut politician telling lies so I swear at the TV and that's always inside our home away from others! :)
