People feel threatened by those they don't see eye to eye with and it makes some people angry. It's a short distance from angry to hate for some people.

We hate people beause of the people think that they own the world ,there are egostic people and there are people with attitude by showing off to others .last the respect of each other is the main thing .

I think that people in general hate because of ignorance and not understanding, also it can be greatly determined on their experiences and what kind of environment they grew up in (social, family, economic etc).

Not enough people teaching us not to hate. Usually people don't teach you not to hate until they take an interest in you for some reason. This should be taught routinely at home, in church and in school.

Perceived differences, inability to understand another's behaviour. Hate seems to be the most appropriate reaction when trying to understand doesn't seem worthy of the hater's time.
