What is the best way to liquidate and estate when the stuff is too good to throw out, you don't want to give it away because you need the money, but antique dealers and auctioneers aren't interested?

have an ESTATE SALE!! its like a yard sale, but when people see ESTATE SALE they know there are a lot of bigger nicer things then at a yard sale. advertise it a lot ahead of time, and be flexible on the prices, let people offer you what they think something is worth, then you decide if you can part with it for that price
