The latter!

It depends in different contexts. You love my mom and me. My mom and I love you.
-
Either way...it's sick!!! lol
-
My mother and I would be correct.
-
Mom and I.
-
It depends on where you are using it in the sentence. My mom and I went shopping. He bought lunch for my mom and me.
-
the rule is to drop the "my mom and.." and see if "I" or "me" makes sense in that context. My mom and I went to the store. They plan to invite my mom and me.
-
As a stand alone sentence, "My mom and I" is correct. However, sometimes it depends on context. See here for further explanation: http://www.askoxford.com/asktheexperts/faq/aboutgrammar/meandi

Here's the rule...if you drop one part of it does the sentence still make sense? My mom & I went shopping would still make sense if you dropped My mom My mom & me went shopping would not!
-
my mom and i is the correct wording.
-
It depends on the rest of the sentence. Basically you drop the 'my mom' and see if the rest of it sounds right with I or me but stand alone it would be my mom and I.
