I don't have a usual breakfast...for me,it varies. Anything from bologna sanwitches to cottage cheese and fruit cups. Sometimes,just plain old cereal. I hate eating most of the time. I get sick and nauseous with the meds I take. I also cannot lose weight!

A bowl of steel cut oats OR a small sourdough muffin with creme cheese OR a homemade egg mc muffin OR a 1 egg omelette with spinach, feta cheese, olives, tomatoes (ground beef optional). Usually though it's the oatmeal because it's quick.

My hours have been screwed up for a lot of months, so I don't have a prescribed "breakfast". I eat whatever sounds good at the moment. At 7 am today I opened a can of chili with beans for "breakfast". Sometimes I'll eat a grilled cheese sandwich - sometimes, I'll just go back to bed and have a nap for breakfast.

I rarely eat foods for breakfast. I drink protein shakes to get more nutrients in my diet. They are an easy breakfast option for those short on time in the morning.
