When you are angry, does it show or do you hide it well?

I have learned to hide my emotions and do so for the most part.

My mother told me she can read me like a book with my emotions becuase they show on my face so she always knows what mood im in lol :) si guess I show it lol

Yes and no. I have gone through situations where I was able to hide my displeasure pretty well or reacted by keeping my absolute silence. In several occasions I did show my anger and I regretted the unnecessary flare up after that.

I try not to get angry but when I do I'm one of those that has an outburst and then is fine straight after, I dont like bad feelings hanging around sweet :)

If i feel angry with someone i let them know, but i don't let my anger carry over to other people and things.

If you know me it shows, I get very quite, when I do, my boys run as fast as they can, LOL. They know a storm is a brewing.

People that know me, it would show...my jaw tightens, I grit down on my teeth and take loud deep breaths, the one's that don't show are, my stomach knots up, my heart thumps so loud I can hear it! :0)

Mine is really hidden usually (unless it's with family), probably to the point that it's not healthy.

I can't hide it very well, though people usually don't inquire much about it. :/ Not because I'm super mean when I get mad, but in general, no matter what kind of anger it is, people don't seem to enjoy dealing with it much.

I think there is a fine line between frustrated and angry. I rarely get angry, and when I do, most people can't tell. Lately, I have been letting work get to me though. I'm not sure why.

It takes alot to anger me, but when it happens, I'm really noisy about it, slam doors, rattle on about unrelated things, scream obsenities...it's not pretty.

I pretty much show everyone when I'm angry. My husband and kids know it right away. I slam doors, rattle pans, I am a great cleaner when I am mad. I let everyone know what is bothering me and why it is bothering me and then later I am fine.

When im pissed off. i wank consistantly until my seamen suply runs so low... i lose energy and sleep for 15 - 20 hours :) awsome way to ' F*** about ' :L :P love it x
